Kids are in the pool with Momma' and Mother-In-Law's watchful eye on them. :)

Father-In-Law is napping while I just finished peeling 2 pounds of Key West Pinks boiled in Old Bay seaoning with pepper, celery, lemon and seasoned salt. Cocktail sauce from scratch has already been prepared. ;)

Sister-In-Law keeps buggin me that she is starving. :nono:

Remaining is 4 pounds of fresh ground chuck to be made into 1/2 - 3/4 pound patties to be cooked up on the grill garnished with fresh tomotoes, onion and cheddar cheese. Ketchup, mustard and mayonaise are also available upon request. :banana:

Baked beans and cole slaw to finish out the meal. :)

Sucking down Puerto Rico's finest Rum w/coke while running the kitchen. :rasta:
