Your right Smokie,Lowell is nothing but a class act.Here in Michigan we call him the "King of the north" as he is the most northern Marauder in the Motor City Crew.As for Darryl his weight loss has been nothing short of awsome. :D

Thanks guys. As you have notice, thankfully, I have shed a few pounds. Something I told myself I would do. Not as tough as I thought it would be. Wait until MVIII. I should be looking like LL Cool J. ;)
