We got a bargain on the MM, Yesterday the dealership I work at, took delivery of a 2005 Crown Victoria LX Sport,Though very nice stickered for $32,700.oo

I did not investigate the factory incentives, But No bun warmers,:P and of course not much Bling either.

To think I was going to purchace one last year:sweat: Glad I waited a bit! I would have never spent a bunch o money on mods, events, and stuff!:D

Between New and New, you better believe I'll take the Merc. Used to Used I'll still take the Merc even though the LX Sport is like 12-17K used.

I think the poor resale on the Vic, is due to how many are built.For the most part, even new,
They don't fly off the lot :D

That, and the fact that Budget and Hertz buy CRAPLOADS of them. I found a 2005 LX, Leather, Dual Power Seats, Reduntant Steering wheel controls, and 12K miles for $14,999.....

"Bun warmers" are only available on GM special packages.

I considered a Crown Vic LX Sport very briefly. After test driving the Marauder, I came to the same conclusion as you did. That was 20 months ago. :D After rebates, it was no contest. :rolleyes: Besides, the Ford Dealer really didn't seem too interested in finding me a Black CV LX Sport. Guess he wasn't hungry enough. ;)

I considered a LX Sport. Looked at a few of them New and Used. My wife said they looked too cop-like. :shake: So I got the Marauder instead. :D
