I think they have a different back spacing then the crown vic rims from that year, it would be no problem on a 03 and up vic.

A large spacer in between. Preferably 1"-1 1/2" in width. Check Ebay, they have them for about $75-$100.

Another MEMBER on the site here has a 1985 Crown Vic and he mounted Marauder rims on it.
I think he needed wheel spacers that mounted on the axles and then you mount the wheels.
