Has anyone else seen this. I found this information on a Lincoln web site by accident.

The Mercury Marauder topped the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL). The Mercury Marauder topped the Full-Size car segement.

Performance, execution and layout? Yes, I would agree with that. I gave the car high marks but sales and service got a big :down: from me.

They sure as hell havent "executed" the jacket very well.

I'm not sure that "execution" means quality, does it? If so, I can't say I agree quality was executed well at all, based on my experience. Love our cars, don't get me wrong, but the build quality wasn't up to snuff for a $35k car, IMO.
