Road Trip

We are leaving this evening for Greenville, SC. Will be driving my vintage 1961 Pontiac Bonneville Conv. to the annual Pontiac/Oakland Convention.
Would have liked to have trailered it but couldn't get the one I wanted.
The weather doesn't look to promising, but the show will be held in the air conditioned convention center. :) See ya James.

Arrived in Greenville yesterday. :D One long ride without A/C. :( Will trailer to next show. The Convenion Center is airconditioned. :D , There wll be from 4 to 500 Pontiacs and Oaklands on display. Limited computer use available at hotel see you all next week. :)

I'm going to visit around 4:45-5pm Friday but I won't see the show tomorrow...double shift at work! I'll take the good camera.

That convention center is where the annual Motor Trend/Greenville car show is held and all of the graduation cerimonies as well.

The Palmetto Convention Center is about 20 minutes from my house. Also if I'm not mistaken, the guy who owns the local pontiac dealership goes by the last name of State, and I've gone to school with his daughter, though I haven't talked to her in years. He also comes into Logan's Roadhouse sometimes.
