im new here and just wanted to say hello. i just picked up an 03 last week with 6000mi on it and i love it. it took me 8 months to find one like this.... the car is just great to be in... i also have a 94 lightning truck with over 600 rwhp...so im familiar with how to make a heavy ride go fast....looking forward to meeting everyone. paul d. :)

LOL....Me too...in fact the salesman kept encouraging me to punch it and run it through the gears. I was already sold on the car BEFORE I test drove it! :banana2:

The saleman didn't even ride along with us. :D I ran it through first ... then the wife punched it !!! ;) She was sold immediately !!! :rofl:

thanks guys...mine is a black 300a. formerly owned by a state trooper. i live in ct. there is one more marauder in my area but it looks kinda used if ya know what i mean.... i dont plan on putting too many miles on mine...its only got 6200 on its clock now.....i do have some plans for it though :D

well i just ordered a jlt intake...and id like to put 4.10s in it but i guess i need to buy that xcal2 piece to make the car run correctly with them....the gears are cheap and ill do them myself...but i dont have the green for the xcal right now so the gears will wait. i was thinking of a blower too but ive already got a big vortech on the lightning....i probably dont need another one....:rolleyes:

First off, there is no such thing as one supercharger being enough...Im sure the pack would agree. And about the xcal2 before or after your 4.10s, really it is up to you. If you have your car tuned before the gears, you will have to retune for the 4.10s, but if thats okay, then get the xcal2 asap....your car will be a whole other person with it and you will be glad you did....plus the xcal2 holds multiple tunes anyways.....keep us posted on your evolving MM and do post pics......
