Need Help finding Impala SS forum

Hey guys I need help finding a GOOD Impala SS or LT1 forum.....I know there's some of you here......

My dilemma is I was just given a 93 TRANS AM with the LT1 and T56. It won't start or run and I got some questions about it.......I'll probably take the car apart but would like to know what it is before I take it down

wait wait wait.....he GAVE me a LT1 and aT56!!!!!!

My plan is to pull the eng & trans(gettin' that Pontiac off the street--happy now?) and put it in a older car(pre-smog)...

maybe even my Toyota(the one in my sig):eek:

or maybe a 240Z

OR MAYBE A '71 Pinto:eek:



But I need it to run right first....................

Thanks, JAL. I actually just signed up there and the first thing I find is some of the guys bashing(applauding) the Marauder' demise.

Well, certain individuals over there act like ass' when it comes to the MM.

Some of them will badmouth how slow the MM is but you look at their sig. and they're runnin' slower than some of these MMs on here. Go figure right?

Just read it. Well put. Another thing, you should see those guys get their panties in a bunch when it comes to the whole Caprice VS. Impala SS debate...man oh man! They're like babies.

fyi not a baby or ass! love big black cars with power! it's all friendly competition. waiting for track to open to see what the 3.73's do for my et and mph. it's just ford or chevy, if you read enough of the forum they bash gm as bad as ford for getting rid of rear wheel drive v8's imagine if gm did not discontinue the ss, where it would be now. 50 years on the vette, just gets better. i guess a ss would cost $35,000 today and it wouldn't be enough, more mods. :beer: :P
