Ordered mine in Nov/04. I was told I would get it in two weeks, one month ago. She has not returned my E-mails.

I called him 2 weeks ago and ask what happen to my jacket he said you will have it in 2 weeks.

Just keep calling and he will send it to you.

I'm dealing with someone direct from Ford's Marketing Department. Some guy sent me an E-mail, he is a member here, saying he knows who I need to talk to and sent me her E-mail address. Since then she just said it should have shipped out already. What is his number?
