:flamer: Man, that is sad. Now they are selling plumbing supplies as turbos. I guess if you buy it the next sound you hear will be your money being flushed away.

Man-oh-man, I sure hope that PVC pipe is heat rated. That stuff will melt in a heartbeat under our hoods.

Depending on where you put it inside the engine bay (like where the air intake stuff goes) it's not going to melt it.

Being an electrician having to bend PVC with a blow torch, I know how hot it needs to be, and ambient air tempatures aren't going to do too much.

However, if you placed it about a cm away from the header, then maybe :P

What is wrong with that car? Why is the radiator assembly pushed in like that? Is it just me or does it look pushed in on the left. Maybe that's another performance gain...

Actually they probably slapped that junk on some car at a junkyard, snapped the pic and headed to ebay.

This remindes me back when I was a (very) young kid  there was a guy in the neighborhood who had a hotrod 51 Ford 2door coup. Painted Purple. Flat Head (side valve) engine. The car did move, but he wanted more, so he got the brainstorm idea to "convert" a Vacume Cleaner Motor into an Electric SuperCharger.

Did not work then either. :bigcry:
