Just found the 2005 Mercury production #'s for 2005 on blueovalnews.com- only 88,519 unit's! :o That's the lowest production since 1946 (61,187)! Can't help but wonder if they don't wish a 2005 supercharged Marauder:burnout: would have added 20,000 units to that total. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. What does that say for the E. Ford  woman that killed it at the last minute and got promoted? :nono: A while back someone said Ford was going to be the truck division of Honda motor company. In the movie 'Tucker' they laughed at his warning they would someday be driving Japanese cars. Really makes you start to wonder.:( :alone: :bigcry: :depress:

Yep, These are the same people that decided to drop the Excusion, which they made the most money off of selling.
Maybe they should bring back Iaccocca?

I won't go without a fight. My wife tells me that I can't save them all but I am going to try like hell. If I buy enough of them I can still have one when I retire from driving.
Long live the GM!!!

Miller Beer was going out of business 20 years ago and then increased their advertizing budget to more then Budweizer and made a come back to a name brand.
Mercury adds are appearing on the TV so I expect Mercury will survive.
