Note to the public: When they make a TV program about your life, you should make sure that they make you out to look like less of an azzhole than you really are. Geez, imagine what a show about Todd's shop would be like....YIKES!

Can't actually say I like that thing in the first picture.

I love the show Overhaulin' -- or at least I did until they got their hands on the Green Mopar last season - I didn't like what they did to it. It got me thinking - if my wife put me in for the show, and Chip came to Austin (again - they did Lance Armstrong's GTO last year) and did something to my MM, there is a good chance that I'd be seen crying on TV... and not in joy. :bigcry:

I'm not sure what Foose-esque type of mods would look good on a MM. I'd LOVE to have Chip do some renderings -- some of the stuff he does is pure genius!

Does anyone have an in with Foose designs?
It would be pretty cool to hire him to do some renderings of a Marauder.
Maybe if we each "chipped" in a few bucks we could afford it.

Just an idea.

I spoke with Lynn (Chip's personal assistant...not his wife Lynn *although I spoke with her once) probably a dozen or so times about getting Chip to design a rendering of Legal Knevil.

His schedule is b-o-o-k-e-d...for over 18 months...and he is down to only doing renderings of cars for the show. And..for those spending about $150K + with him.

They were very nice to deal with...but, the man is in HEAVY demand...as you can imagine. He is a GENIUS!

Oh the car at the top of the thread is ok except for the louver things in front of the front wheel openings.

You ever notice on American Hot Rod that all of Boyds Good workers get pissed off with the way he does things and go to work for Chip Foose?

Seems Foose is nicer on his employees that tha fat bastage Boyd.

lol yeah, IIRC I saw atleast one employee of Boyd's now working for Foose. I think I may have seen one more but I'm not sure.

Counting Blue Bear there are 3 of Boyd's original crew working for Chip. :)

Did Blue Bear go to work for Foose? I know Charlie the paint man did and on the last show Boyd's wheel design guy just got the ole "heave ho" becuase he was doing some design work for Foose.

It was Blue Bear that picked him up from Boyds in that episode. I was left with the impression then that he was working for Chip as well then. :)
