I have Comcast here. Very happy with the service. Especially when dealing with an auction on eBay.

When you have to PAY to have access to a performance test,
I'd say it sounds as if its too good to be true ?

I have Comcast here. Very happy with the service. Especially when dealing with an auction on eBay.AAAAHHHH, I bet that extra speed comes in handy for the E-bay auctions. I just downloaded that big 88Mb burnout file of mine from www.motorcitymarauders.com (http://www.motorcitymarauders.com) and it only took 2 minutes, and 12 seconds!!! With DSL it took me 12 minutes.

Here are my results for DC.

Download Speed: 8923 kbps (1115.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 922 kbps (115.3 KB/sec transfer rate)


Try another server and see what you get.
If you don't see what you are supposed to be getting,
you can try resetting your modem by turning it off for 30 seconds,
and then back on, and try again.
If it doesn't help then a call to your ISP may be in order.

Your site has an upload speed of about 768k.
I downloaded the same file in about 2min 2 sec.
