Ok, I took a 2nd listen. The first time, midway through it, I heard a hyundai commercial. I thought it was a gag by a competitor, must have been the TV.

That is weird. It does sound like a 50s TV show sound effect. Is the source credable?

Interesting, Lisa, thanks. That they are at 300MHz and above explains why we don't hear them here, and of course, one of the many reasons why the SETI program is such a foolish boondoggle.
