It's in Glendale Heights, Illinois. I'll be going there for a year and after that I'll be moving to Mooresville, N.C. for NASCAR Technical Institute.

It sounds good, Joe. Um, what's Uti? ??? Training Institute. perhaps? :drive:

I'm guessing it has something to do with NASCAR, and it looks like you have a plan; please share some details. :)

Mooresville (also called Race City USA) is about 15 miles from my house. You will be in the middle of NASCAR country.

no kiddin dok. Mike Poor: UTI stands for Universal Technical Institute. You've probably seen their comertials on speed channel and Spike TV.

It also features a vital and active small town style downtown area with small shops and vendors that most towns have lost to major enterprise. Take an afternoon and walk downtown and enjoy safe and clean small town charm.

Mooresville's Lake Norman is the areas greatest water recreation attraction. Boating, jet skiing, and party pontoons make the lake the place to be.

A little Update for an old thread. I started going to UTI last Wednesday and we're already going to do a complete teardown and rebuild of a 4.3L V6. I'm taking basic auto, Ford, then Hot Rod U. After January of '07, I'll be moving to Mooresville N.C for NASCAR Tech. This is going to be aninteresting 2 years.
