After hearing at our recent picnic that Claude took some of our members for a ride in his Triology car, I only wished I would have known this and I would have returned (I live about 8 miles from there) to let some of members take a ride in my car. Just to see the difference in the different blowers and modifications.

With the many cars here in Florida that have blowers and the many more looking to moving up to superchargers, Tim (TMAC1337) and Zolton (Cobra25) are the two cars you should take a ride in to get an excellent comparison of each specific kits capabilities before making your purchase. Both Tim's and Zolton cars have the exact same modifications with gears, torque converters as well as the same tuner (Scott Beer -Diablosport) right down to the same exact tires on all four wheels (KDW2's).

When making such an investment in your car you really need to see the difference in the performance of both of these excellent supercharger kits from Trilogy and Procharger. If you only take a ride in one, you are depriving yourself of an open-minded and objective opinion of the other. I know one friend of mine that is more perfomance oriented that wished he bought the Procharger. On the other hand I have several friends that have Triology's and are extremely happy with their choice. And you must keep in mind that any additional modifications to both kits/cars (smaller pulley, steeper gears, torque convertor and tires) can substanially alter both cars performance. It is all in your personal preference in what you are looking for.

Contact Tim or Zolton and go for that ride before you make your purchase. You owe it to yourself. And in the end you will feel better that you made a researched and educated decision on your choice of a supercharger.

If you are more of an extreme performance nut like myself, give me a call and I'll let you drive my car.

Tom,

You raise a good point. I also think people should go for a ride not only in a Trilogy & Procharger but maybe also a Vortech. I'm not sure about what the different trim level do or mean, but at least a ride would help evauating a persons options.

At MVIII, I am looking forward to a ride in a centrufigal set up. Or, maybe even at the Milan Day event.

It would be a lot of fun if they could go to the track!

I have yet to drive a S/C Marauder, and cannot wait until the day that I do. Hell I'd be happy to just sit in the passenger seat of one.

I agree, Vortech makes a great blower as well.

As far as I know a couple of Procharger Marauders are going and hopefully to the track as well.

The one disadvantage to the Vortech is that you have to drill a hole in your oil pan. You do not do that with the Trilogy or Procharger kit.
