for some crazy reason I thought it was today [saturday]. A qick call to Mac enlightened me to the fact tht the event is tomrrow [sunday].

I can't make it. I wish I could but my wife is outa town and there is no way I can pack up the boy and haul him off to an event like this.

in a related matter, since I did have a few hours today to spare, I went and have my engine steam-cleaned. Damn, it looks like new again!

it's not the watching him i am worried about - it's the noise from the dyno and the hour each way in the car. He deserves to spend the day in air conditioning at the Children's Museum, the Acquarium, or perhaps Water Tower Place.

There is a separate room air conditioned, away from the cars.
He will be able to see , his Father's car spinning on the Dyno!
