hi all
i what to know if any body ever seen there belt tanincher shacking when ther ac is on :( i can move mine by hand
i whent to the dealer and they told me that its normal for it to do that can any body help me.

It is normal for there to be some slight movement in the belt tensioner when the motor is running. It's not a fixed pulley, and it will respond to minor surface irregularities in the belt, as well as rapid changes in tension, such as those caused by A/C compressor loading, that make it appear to be "shaking". It's difficult to tell without actually seeing it whether yours is normal, but if the dealer looked at it and said it was, then maybe it is.

Change the Tensioner if the belt starts walking off the pulleys
or the lube starts comming out of the bearing...recommend
change it when you change the belt..Some shaking is normal..
A belt squeal or bearing squeal may require immediate attention
could be seized idler or tensioner pulley.or weak tensioner spring..
