Am I the only one that gets really annoyed when people fail to disclose OBVIOUS flaws ?.

It literally looks like new. Beautifully cared for, with all paperwork dating back to the original owner in 1985, even the original window sticker -- $22,372.00 -- with almost every option BUT Caliente package and Twilight Sentinel. Everything else, including digital dash, Bose premium sound system, leather, astro roof, interior lighting group, wire wheel covers, V8. Car has always been in a garage since new, and original paint still has deep, deep shine. Pictures show how beautifully dent free body is. Of course with a 20 year old car, there are a few signs of wear. The list is minimal. Drivers seat shows a little wear on the leather, and a small portion of the dark stripe down the side of the car has worn off. A small piece of the front bumper guard is missing, but we have found the replacement piece, and it comes with the car. Other than those few items, this is probably the most beautiful and original Toronado you could find. It will turn heads in your city, too. Gorgeous Gorgeous.




A beautifully cared for car. It continually turns heads, is quiet and smooth in all driving situations, and is immaculately clean. New tires and brakes. All receipts/history included with car. Simply stunning.

I guess the front fender where it meets the header is supposed to be pushed in like that :rolleyes: . Still one damn clean car regardless.

If only I had a money tree ...

Some day I will own another ones of the last REAL Toronados w/a warmed up 403 - built OD trans & the rare 3.36 final drive.

I've got about 10 of these OEM leather wrapped sport steering wheels stashed away ... IMHO one of the best looking(as well as feeling) OEM steering wheels ever made. About the only color I dont have is a green that was offered :D .

There were no 86's on there ... this is from an 84. Looks like they used that mid 80's up until they started using airbags.

I spose' it's similar in that it has (3) spokes, but other than that, I wouldn't say so. One looks like it belongs in a Jeep .... & well one looks like it belongs in an Oldsmobile :D.

Buick's sport steering wheel of the 80's at a quick glance looks more like the Jeep wheel(mainly cause' of the big center cap) ... but is still quite different as well.

Those Olds wheels will always be my favorite ... it would pretty much be my first choice in just about ANY full size 70's - 80's GM car.

Too bad my 72 Toro has the telecsopic column option ... I'm stuck with the factory steering wheel(or one out of another GM telescopic column car).

My dad had a royal blue 1971 and a brown 1974.

The 1971 was a great car. The 1974 was a bucket of crap.

I am partial to the 1969, that the year to own.

If that is an 84 Jeep steering wheel, it is not at all like the one that my '86 had.

three slotted spokes with a dull 'brushed' looking finish.

The horn button had 'fake' black plastic allen head cap screws surrounding it.

and it was a tilt column. The engine was a GM V6 that was a piece of junk
