These guys (one guy with friends??) took a 1974 Dodge and visited locations that were in the movie.

This is a "trailer" that they shot - which includes driving through the now abandoned and decaying Dixie Square Mall, where the movie scenes were shot.

Talk about having a lot of time (and luck) on their hands. If only they showed a psycho ex-girlfriend trying to kill one of them.

I read an article in Autoweek I tihnk about there adventure. It mentioned that in the mall driving a cop showed up and didnt care and thought it was cool what they were doing. They even had some chips or fries on the dash setup exactly to spec. those are some Hardcore Blues Brothers Fans. Im a big fan of the movie and wish I had the time and resources to go to that extreme but I don't. I wanted to see the Blues Brothers return to the big screen thing but they were only showing it in 3 theaters in FL :bigcry:

and I though the exact same thing the other guy said "some people have too much time on their hands." :confused:
