Has anyone had this problem, while driving I notice that the drivers-side footwell gets hot. Even the wife noticed it. The pass. side is fine. Any Ideas? :help: There is only 25K on the odo so I doubt it's the cats but you never know.

I've noticed it on other cars, but not my MM.

You may have the AC and TC turned off while warming the rear tires to often:nono: But then, there is no such thing as to often, so....Sorry. No problem with my 04 woith 16K.

Mine does it too if the air is off and I am in slow traffic. I need to get some of that heat reflective material and put on the underside of the drivers side where it gets close to the headers. I suspect that is my problem.

I suspect that is my problem. John I have been driving with the air off too, and I share your concerns. I don't have headers, but the larger than stock 2.5" OD pipe may be the culprit. I know there are panels of heat reflective insulation attached to the exterior of the floorpan, perhaps they are loosing their efficiency? Next time I get it up in the air, I'll take a peek.

Yes I do notice it more with the air off and the windows down, I'll feel real stupid if it boils down to the air just gravitating to that spot. Which will bring up another point, why that area? And yes I'm starting to feel stupid. :fishslap:

Turn the "Floor" button on and the temps all the way down. That should blow cool air on yer feet.
