Marauder Jackets Update

I just spoke to Mike Kesko at Ford and he said that the jacket will begin shipping this week. It will start with the small size on the first day and a different size each day. All jackets should be shipped by Wednesday the 14th. "Wow", it only took one year for me to get my jacket.

Thanks for the update! 14 months waiting here. I was getting ready to search for who I should call at FLM to complain. I'll give it another couple of weeks before I call again. Thanks again for the info.

Good post, Darryl. I took delivery in Aug '04 and got my jacket in about two months. I didn't realize they were still backed up. You guys have been very patient. Anyway, you're gonna love your jacket; it's first class in every respect.:)

Well, after 14 months my jacket arrived. Too bad it's not the size I ordered. I've put a message in for a replacement, but after 14 months of waiting for this one, I'm not to hopeful for my chances. It is a nice jacket. May have a 2XL for sale in a week or two if it doesn't look like I can swap it out.

I purchased my '03 four months before you bought yours and still no jacket. When I spoke to someone last year they said that they were no longer offering anything above 2XL, and that was it. I know some folks got way bigger, but according to them no longer.

I would be glad to get my 2Xl at this point. Only been 14 months...

Yeah, I bought mine early October 04 and nothing yet. Id settle for a 2xl now too just to have the damn thing to look at.

The $^%&*@#!(# did it to me again. Called the magic number 248-458-5196 and the person said it would be October before any more jackets were handed out. They are moving, there's a new person in charge of jactket distribution, a Kelly Reeves but she has no phone yet.

Hate to say it but your best bet is probably ebay, or keep an eye out here in the classifieds. My fiancée managed to get me one from ebay for Christmas, so they are out there. I remember reading in a past thread that once all jackets were sent out, Beanstalk (the company in charge of the program) would be letting clubs know if there were any leftovers for sale.
