Damnit! My front facia has a paint chip out of it smack in the middle and looks like crap. Not to mention all the overspray from the body shop when I had it in there months back that I have been dragging my feet on returning due to being :mad2: .

Anyway, my wife followed me over to see Mike and I showed him what the issues were.

Also, the facia was sagging under the passenger headlamp.

Mike explained the facia would have to be re-painted and re-fitted but the paint chip is apparently due to being bumped as the paint is also cracked. :mad2:

I told him to take his time as I was sure he would make it right. He also assured me that he would keep the car inside until the job was done. :)

I elected not to ask for a rental as he saved me my deductible when he repaired the car last time.

Well, I already miss the Beast and will be driving the Mountaineer until at least this Friday when I am due to call him for an update.

Mike.

Glad to see your collision shop is taking care of you. I'm in the same boat. Paint either flaked off or was chipped by a rock(A/C Condenser has a ding in it). In any case collision shop is going to take care of it for me tomorrow.
