If you had the chioce of grabing some cans of Bud or some bottles of Heine, which would you choose? That would be some lonely cans of Bud on the shelf.

Thought this was funny! Finally, proof the looting is not always a mindless crime spree. A 52" plasma TV where the electricity may not be on until the next ice age ????...... OR a tub of Heinekins where no potable water exists for 100 miles? and no reason to end the party until about the same time.

Did you hear what President Busch said when asked about Roe vs Wade?

Nice catch, but I don't think I'd eat it.

I wouldn't grab either. I like American beer but Buswiser pretty much tastes like straight up piss. Not as bad as Corona though, that beer is straight up Mexican piss in a can! Now, if I want a good beer, I'll just grab a nice cold Coors Beer! They make the best freakin light beer period! And I've had Sam Adams Light thank you. That or if I could find a few Guiness I'd have some fun. Heiny? That's Euro trash! Eww, no!

But you are under the drinking age, that seems like a lot of sampleing.

And, you're under age too. :banned: :bandit:When I was 20 they were shooting at my young azz in the delta and then the central highlands. Once in a blue moon a chopper or a river runner would drop off a case of Bud. We thought that was about the best (anything) at the time. I am not quite ready now to accept the typical 20 year old palate as a brewmeister. Please send me all of the Heinekin you don't want!
Oh, and the Bud and the Corona too...Adolf....he's using to much of that Mountain Spring Water (that is 90 miles from the brewery)Ha
As Gonzo says, when you are older and drink beer for the taste rather than the opportunity to get drunk you will likely find that American Beers and the Imports here are not truely representative of Great Beers.

If American beers and the Import beers are not "truely representative of Great Beers" than what is? Home (http://thefullm.com/?go=home&url1=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mercurym arauder.net%2Fforums%2Fnewrepl y.php&pin=10001) made beers? Imports that are not available here in the States?
I believe that if somebody cannot find a good tasting beer here in the States then they shouldn't be drinking beer in the first place.
Just my .02 cents.

Oh like most of you guys never did underaged drinking. I really don't drink much anyway, it's usually just the folks slipping something under the table and I'm two months from being 21. Oh yes, thanks for serving our country Hotrodder, I'm not about to insult a fellow soilder. I'm just not a Bud guy. I do like Miller though. Just not Bud. Oh and I do drink beer for taste. It's kind of hard to get really drunk off beer, you'd have to really try to do so. I've also had a few Canadian home brewed beers and it's 19 there btw as well as some ales.

There are a lot of good tasting beers brewed here and imported...my thought was that the best tasting beers are at the breweries themselves, before they age in containers and during shipment. The imported beers taste totally different in their home countries. And a tour of domestic brewers shows how good domestic beers are before shipping, etc. A lot of imports are (changed) for export due to importing countries regulations. My thought was not a flame on American or Imported beers and was poorly worded. Thanks for helping to clarify...if I have managed to do that.

Before I quit drinking Sept. 1985 (wow! it's been 20 years!), I couldn't tell much difference between most beer brands. It all tasted good with a pound of salted in the shell peanuts!

My favorite is Miller Genuine Draft Light. Kinda hard to get in some places. Now Coors I believe is a down stream beer, made of pure mountain goat piss!!

MGD is good too but not as good as Coors in my opinion. MGD's taste is kind of generic but it's very smooth. Coors, it's hard to describe but it's just good. I mean, it's on it's own level. Molson Canadian is also pretty good but they are owned by ugh... Budwiser now. I had a few of thoose in Vancouver.

I dare you to come and try it... :burnout:
