Does anyone have the number to cantact someone about my jacket. I bought my MM in July last year and still no jacket. Ive called several people but still no luck.

Try Mike Keso afternoons at 248-458-5196. He last spoke to me personally on 3/16/05 and told me my XXL was "on the way."

Good luck getting a response _or_ a jacket. I bought mine in July '04 also, and a lot of other guys have been waiting as well.

The jackets are apparently still being delivered. I received my XXL at 7:30 last night, Sep 20, via UPS.

I finally got mine today, it;s a miracle. It' sucha joke to wait over a year to finally get what is promised.

After a totally crappy day at work what do I find on my front porch but my MIA MM jacket! Tried it on and Ill be damned, they even sent me mine in multiple X size and it actually fits! After only waiting one year! Well, anyway, Im real glad it finally came and it fits. Hope everybodys comes in soon.

guess i should feel lucky... i bought my car end of Nov 04, got the jacket maybe 4-6 weeks later. worn it probably twice. kinda cool though. :)

It's been over 15 months and I got tired of waiting and leaving weekly messages for Mike Keso at Beanstalk that were never returned.

So this week I called Ford Customer Service at 800-392-3673, and got a great woman who listened to me explain the situation. She initially assumed that I had not sent in the postcard, but I told her I had sent in two of them, one in 8/04 and one in 12/04. Then she put me on hold for 5 minutes while she called Beanstalk.

Came back on and said that she had just spoken to Mike and that my leather jacket was being mailed that day, and would be to me in 5 business days max!

Just like that. I guess you have to be a total pain in the rear and when Ford is forced to call it is magically ready to go out right then. Whatever.

Now if they just send the right size...!

:cool: No problem at all. I wrote the President of Lincoln Mercury in Dearborn, reminded him what a fantastic ride the 04 Marauder was and oh yeah, reminded him I owned a 77, 80, 89 and 00 Grand Marq and felt owner loyalty should count for something.
