Has ne1 had this problem after a front end alignment? Got mine aligned Thurs and have noticed a squeak when driving and hitting your normal bumps in the road. I did have to have the tab taken out/replaced/tweaked in order to have it aligned. I was -1.8* out of camber, they were able to get it to -.7*

Are you sure it's the suspension making the noise ?.

No that I have EVER heard this while driving but ...

Sometimes when I'm wiping down the front bumper on mine .....

The front corners where the top of the bumper mates with the fender & the marker/cornering lamp assembly ..... will squeak a bit.

Never did it before the alignment.

If it didn't occur before the alignment, then it is likely the mechanic didn't tighten the fasteners properly to spec. They may be loose and squeek when you hit a bump. Also, you may find that the alignment has changed again.

STLR FN....

Drive slowly over a few bumps and if it is squeeking...Pull your hood latch and see if it quits??

If so.....lube the latch!! Every CV I've owned and now my MM have done it and it will drive you nuts!! :mad2: :mad2:

Hope that is all it is!!

I Used to think it was a suspension squeak. But I found out (on this site) that it was the hood adjusters. Try winding the two bolts out a little, or up if you like. That usually fix's my squeak. I have to do it about every 2000 miles.

I moved my hood latch down, my hood bumpers up and put a small blob of grease on them... no more squeak.

Marauderjack :DI agree. The hood on my Marauder was squeeking too. Also push down hard on the hood after it's already closed. Does it move at all? If it does, then you need to turn the two height bumpers that are underneath the hood up a few turns until you can still close the hood, but cannot move it down at all after it's closed. That's what I did to stop the squeaks that my Marauder was making. I never had a problem since then, and that was about a year ago.

I had a wicked suspension squeak coming from the front sway bar bushings, the dealership replaced them, no more squeak.

Hood bumpers. As stated above. It is a panther problem. Mine even squeaked when I closed the doors.
