Auto X-ing The Cobra and Marquis.

Huge automotive festival called "Euro Fest" is held in Greenville at the local BMW plant every year. There are cars represented by domestic and import, but one thing they have is an autocross event.

My dad and I are going to go from 1p.m.-4p.m. slot and if we can't race the Cobra (no roll bar) then we'll race the Marquis for practice!

I'm excited like whoa, this may be my first ever autocross event:)!

Also, the American Red Cross will be there and I was asked to help man their booth for a small time but I will not be doing so because of a conflicting event in the morning. I will however be on top of things at a Pepsi booth at "Fall for Greenville", South Carolina's largest street festival, this Friday. Come buy Pepsi!

We run our cars tomorrow. Today it was "Beat the ***** out of a 5-speed Z4 that we'll sell on e-bay later." day. For $20 you can race around the track 3 times. 26.5 was good time. For my first time auto x-ing every I managed 27.1 and that's AFTER I missed a gear in a turn. (I couldn't keep it in 1st like they told me too because I was banging the rev limiter. Garrgle.

It was a blast. Pictures tomorrow!!!!!
