Look at the video. At the end I tell the story. The axles broke. 33 spline Moser racing axles.

Wow, talk about dodging a bullet... The driver in the right lane had to go clean out his britches after that!

That's amazing footage Ray, and a very professional report. With editing, that one should make the national circuit.

It's interesting how both wheels went down the track like that, certainly the first time I've seen axle failure(s) like those.

WOW! Glad BOTH drivers are OK...

The driver in the right hand lane did an incredible job of NOT T-Boning him!
I doubt that I would have avoided hitting him were I in a similar situation...Half the time I am looking at my gauges and tach after I get out of the hole...

You never expect something like that to happen at the track. I just had a women make a right turn from the center lane right in front of me last night, but that was on the street!!!

Kinda reminds me of that "You know you have too much horsepower if" thread..... Glad nobody got hurt. Could have been really bad.

There were enough posts to read before the reply for me to get my breath back. Yikes. Compared to the potential for disaster the end result was amazingly lucky. Glad they are ok. Very nice job, Ray. Dennis:rolleyes:
