Finally a Game gives us some attention. In the game True Crime NYC during the opening intro, Parked on the street is a Black Marauder with a rear deck spoiler and S55 Painted Tail lights.

We need a game where we can actually drive an MM! The closest thing is Ford Racing 3, where you can drive a Crown Vic Sport. This oversight is unbelievable when you consider some of the lame cars they have in these games.

In True Crime NYC, They bring you into the Garage and they hook you up with a Unmarked Police Car. Its actually a Crown Vic but it has the S55 style taillights and the decklid. It even says 4.6L V.8 when you select it. You can drive it all over the game but for some reason, The Game Designers must think NY is like Seattle, All it does is Rain in the game

I saw that and realized I need to make a few of those dolls. Enough of those could get me my procharger in no time! So was the game engine showing any detail on the cars handeling or dose it drive like all the others?

Actually after playing for a while, In some views you can see the dash and Its exactly out of a Crown Vic, Wood Trim pieces and all even the seats are the same. After a few head on collisions, the Hood popped open and it has the 4.6L with the exact same Plastic Intake cover that the Vic's have. At one point in the game, you drive a custom cab and it has the whine of a Supercharger in it and it moves a lot faster then the regular Crown vics.
I havent gotten to the point where you can drive a Ford GT but its coming close. The Detail in the City is great as far as the street maps but the Landmarks arent there. Times Square is just neon signs everywhere, The Javits center is where it should, But No bridges or tunnels. I thought they would have thrown in the interpid Museum on the westside highway, but no such luck

Yea, that doesn't make sense that just because Ford did away with the MM, a game shouldn't. Look at how many cars aren't even production anymore, yet they're still in there. I'd love to see a MM in GT5. Would even be better if you could S/C and TT it. I was disappointed in the regular Forza, the most you could do to an '05 Mustang was just all bolt ons.

If that were true it would give me a reason to go get a PS3 that instant. Especially with as good at GT4 that I am. I would love to see what I could do with my car, in the virtual world, with unlimited funds. BTW if anyone is any good at GT4 let me know I am always up for a challenge. Heres the test for most, get ALL your licscences in one (1) try. If you can do that at least your on the same block.

I promise I dont mean to be so cocky but I am damn good. The only reason I dont have any real proof is that I gave the wrong phone # to Game Crazy when they had their nation wide competion.

Just did a search on GT5 car list, several of them listed those cars. I doubt any of them will be in it besides maybe the Interceptor Concept car.

Doubtful, very doubtful it'll be in GT5, or any of those on the list for that matter. I did hower convert a Crown Vic 3d model into a Marauder, for a buddy. If you scroll down, its after the ford GT. These add-on cars are only for gta san andreas for PC, not consoles.

I'm pretty sure thats a fan list for a dream Gran Turismo lineup. Doesnt seem likely they would have 4 Crown Vics, 3 P71s, every generation Lincoln TownCar, 05 grand marquis, and both 03 and 04 Marauders, no matter how much I wish they were in it, I don't see it happening.

Come on these guys are naturally gonna make it import heavy since they are japanese developers.

I was happy about the list until I looked at the Chevy line-up and saw a Lumina APV and astro vans :confused:.
This list looks like every product ever made from these car companies. Even Oldsmobile has a long list of cars so Im thinking this is all very unlikely.
Besides, could you imagine how crappy the tracks and gameplay would be if they crammed almost over a thousand cars into the game. It would end up being nothing but 1/4 miles passes on a backroad somewhere.

Soo... There will be 340 cars at launch. All others are possible but not all are likely. Question is, are the muliple versions of Civics, Lancers, etc. included in that list?

Besides, if you read through the whole thread, they link to sources stating this is not the official list, and that it's way too huge...

According to EB Games and Gamestop's website there is only going to be "over 40 stunning cars - including vehicles by Lotus, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Ferrari for you to race..."

I LOVED playing the original Gran Turismo on my PS1... GT2 was even better and then GT3 was kind of a disappointment. BUT GT4 was awesome...

Now GT5, which they're calling "Prologue", looks like it's going to be the last one...

And oh well.. I don't feel like spending over $450 on a game (since I don't have a PS3)....

Eh, technically there wasn't a finished product since he never got around to texturing/setting controls and stuff for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I did get around to finishing more detail, headlamps and tire threads, etc.. I also converted the interior, including the dash gauges, and the center shift console with the 2 gauges down there. I can't find any pics of it so I'll dig up the file and re-render if I have to...

Look at GT4. There were so many rumors about that going around saying it's supposed to have this this and that, and never had any of them, but had something much better. Even if that list is fake, it would be awesome if they had all of them in there. I highly doubt it's a "dream" list though, who the hell would sit down and think of all the cars they would like to be seen in the game? I think it could be for real. However, GT4 upset me when it was released. It had everything, graphics, simulation, but it was still missing the "realism" compared to the original Forza for X. Couldn't do a burnout, and couldn't do any "real world" swaps i.e. powertrain swaps and things of that sort. I hope GT5 has it all.

These are lists that are compiled by people giving their own suggestions of what should be in the game. I've seen a dozen forums where you would add your car to the list.

And Forza 2 is amazing, if you haven't played it yet Raudermaster.

Yeah the burnouts in Forza 2 are amazing, especially taking all the assists off and manual shifting. And I believe the latest 360 pro's were bundled with forza 2 and marvel's alliance game.

And dreydin, I've always liked the GTA games better on the PC especially cause of the modability, but more so for the controls. Give it a try.

Forza 2 is so much better and amazing than the 1st one. The only thing that pissed me off, was in F2, they didn't really add much cars. The great thing about all the GT games, they had some of the old cars, and then a bunch new ones. Seemed like I was buying/winning the same cars that I have used in Forza.
