A word of caution if you have not received these E-mails yet:

I get about 80 of these 0.5MB .zip E-mail files everyday, for the past three days.

Our company outlook mail was inundated last week.
I got mine.
I promptly deleted it.

Between the K9 spam filter and AVG, I never see them punks. Just have to dump the quarantine periodically.

What is the k9 spam filter and avg filter? I know what filters are, but are there external programs that can help also? I hate spam and want to get rid of it. All i can do now is add to my junk email sender list. It sucks.

K9 http://keir.net/k9.html Needs to be trained for a while to get up to speed.
AVG is an anti virus program. There is a free version. Since I have multiple PC including 2 servers, I went for the Network addition.

AVG strips the virus payload off incoming mail. Then K9 flags it as spam (adds text e.g., [SPAM] to the Subject line) which Outlook then recognizes as one of its defined rules for mail landing in the inbox and deletes it.
