Well.....I think this is how things are going to be....
for the hood, I am going to leave the stock hood on with the addition of the Roush Racing functional hood scoop kit:

Continued....
I chose the Classic Design Ducktail spoiler for the retro feel:

I think I will try some side scoops instead of rear passenger window louvers, along with the side body scoops as a throwback to the 60s mustangs:

These are the side louvers I dont really care for, I like the scoops better:

Im sure some new ideas will surface, but those addons along with the striking white w/ blue strips will be a nice retro throwback to the old GT 350s.

Then I might add some retro touches, who knows. I love this idea, but hate that lime color on the mustang, these are old retro chrome letters.

Dan, that hurts. This is the look I was going after, note the side scoops were part of the package. The Ducktail spoiler was also the norm. They did such a good job in my opinion, of adding a nice modern retro look to the new mustangs it looks good. I was shooting for the look simular to the 1966-1968 Mustang GT350/Shelby. If you look at these old pics, you will pick up on the two hoods I was considering, the Legend and the Roush. The ducktail spoiler, side scoops, etc. You wouldnt throw curb feelers on these classics!

I am working on it. Hard to balance sharp and understated on a car that people want to call "just another Mustant". I think with the right combo, it will be hot. Its nice having so many choices, nothing at all like working on the Marauder! I like having a project, and the Marauder is done, so time to move on.

My all time favorite: The 66 GT-350.

I like your plan for the hood scoop, and especially that it's functional. It should look good with the stripes.

Um, are we gonna have a give her a name contest? :)

I think the roush hood matches closly the lines of the 66 GT-350. But the Legend hood is VERY clost to the 67 Shelby GT.
