Hey:

With our busy schedules my wife decided to give me an early christmas present. I usually wax our cars in the fall and spring to protect them from the harsh winter conditions up here. She told me to have it done this time.

I remembered that a member of this board (Blackf0rk) does detail work. I contact him last week, and they came out today, worked my MM over for 5 hours with their three-step detail job (including clay bar), and left me with a deep, dark black MM.

She is all sparkly clean. I hate to drive out of the bay. But I mainly did it to help protect from the salt and snow in the winter.

I'll surely have it done again in the Spring. Maybe I get to enjoy a clean car for a little bit longer.

I can highly recommend their services to anyone who wants their MM detailed in the southern WI/northern IL area!

Here are some pics of their hard work:

Thanks Jourdan and John. Great job.

P.S.: BTW all this was done at a very reasonable rate. Much less than I could have it done locally.
And thanks for letting me take your S/C MM for a spin.

Looks great, but I don't think I can say the same about your

wheels though...

I must say I feel sorry (truly) for my yankee Marauder brethren.
Wishing y'all a heated garage for Christmas.
It would be hard to put up my Marauder for the winter...
It will be in the 60s in Macclenny FL this weekend, just warm enough to do my monthly Zainoizing...

Well. I know, but you gotta have the snow shoes for the winter. Otherwise you are asking for trouble.

Thanks.

Yeah, sure. Go right ahead. Rub it in!
You guys the water in the summer and we get it in the winter.

Heated garage would be nice. I should bring that up!

Thanks,

Peter

Peter, thanks for the opportunity. John and I had a great time working on it, and we're glad you liked the results! Think about permanatly loosing the keys, and you wont have to worry about getting it dirty again ;)

You are a funny guy! :D
I just started snowing here. I guess I'll leave her in the shop until its time to go home tonight. Maybe all the snow will be gone by then.

Don't forget to mail me my keys. You know that this will cost you  !

Thanks again for a job well done!

Peter

Wish my car could shine like that. She needs a paint job. Nice winter rim setup ;)

That looks good. While I enjoy the satisfaction of the car looking good after putting in a few hours or a weekend of cleaning and detailing, with my schedule any more, I wish I knew someone locally that I could use to do that kind of work on my car and TRUST them not to do anything to the car.
