And to further prove that dealers do not know a single damn thing about this car...

I'd like to note that the 7 and 2 keys are no where near each other... :shake:

But if it was a keyboard monkey a '2' and a '7' could look alike if the person had sloppy hand writing.

Right side of brain controlling the left pinky finger which would allow the pressing of the 2 key had a momentary brain-fart causing the left side of brain to suddenly extend the right index finger to press the 7 key. I can see it happening.

Full page ad in Thursday's USA Today showed all L & M cars except the Marauder.......Even the factory does not know how to market the car......

Interestingly enough, the Boston Globe had a full-page ad in last Sunday's automobile section that DID show the Marauder...it looked like a generic L/M ad, no specific dealers were mentioned. First time I've seen anything in print; I did see one or two showings of the TV ad where the MM drives around in a parking garage scaring the other cars...but that was a LONG time ago...

The dealer listed it at 30'7' HP, not the 30'2'.

I swung into a local dealer in my MM two days ago to have them eyeball something under the car...turns out the mechanic who came up to me had NEVER seen an MM close up. Also thought it came with a supercharger.

I promptly backed up and drove away before he could touch it.

And speaking of TV ads...there was a recent Lincoln Mercury ad here in LA touting the various financing deals, and profiling most of the current models EXCEPT, of course, for the Marauder. And although you could catch a glimpse of a Marauder parked on a showroom floor in the commercial, there was not a mention of it.

As a whole i'm really disappointed with LM dealers regarding anything about our cars. they seem to have gone out of thier way to ignor them.

i still remember when i called to order the rear factory spoiler. i was told LM didn't make a "maneater". propmtly hung up and tried another dealer....

Yeah--What gives--even the typo keys are far apart--the "used" and "new" are no way close on the keyboard--look yourself----
so there can't be a typo error--so why do you think it is listed as "used" with 52 miles rather than "new"--must be more than whats been said here...but whose gonna pay for a "lemon check" to find out....

You are all too funny!!!!

Mine had 2000 miles on it, I was well aware the 68 year old service manager drove it personally for 3 months.....it was never raked or beat on, it was sold as NEW and never pre titled, the warranty started when I took delivery, and I only paid 26,500 out the door. The car has no troubles, was broken in for me, and now has 5200 miles, and runs like a cat with a pellet placed in it's ass.

If you don't trust the answer the Dealership OWNER gives you regarding the vehicles existing milage......MOVE ON AND QUIT WHINING!

HEHE
Same thing here except he was already working on it when i brought it in for the remote starter problem (not the same dealer i purchased it from), when he opened the hood he said "wheres the supercharger, I guess you dont have the super marauder version". I said oh boy, closed my eyes and hoped for the best.
stupid dealers = low sales! WAKE UP FORD!
