A 400 HP LS2 in these little roadsters? If you can't wait for GM to supercharge the factory versions, write a check for $18,000 and Mallet Cars will put an LS2 (along with upgraded clutch, schocks, exhaust system, springs and bushings, and radiator) into your car. Or for $30K , they'll put in a supercharged LS2 , or supercharged C06 427 each with billit crank/rods and forged pistons, ported heads, engine oil cooler, penske double adjustable shocks, and competition brake upgrade.

Very impressive, although, I'd rather have the Mallet CTS-V :burnout:

Mullet Motorsports! Buy the engine, they throw in a '73 El Ca-bondo!

Wouldn't it be more sensible to get a GTO? You can get the same power for cheaper, and I'm sure its safer then the solstice.

Reminds me of one of my old frat brothers. He and his buddies tinkered with cars a lot, he drove several bizarre backyard customized vehicles. The one I only heard stories about was a Triumph TR7 that they jammed a Caddy engine into. Needless to say, it was totalled shortly after it was put together.

This was a Triumph, right? It was totalled before it ever left the factory!
