The videos must be hosted on a website - either here (in the Gallery (but check if it accepts "mpeg")), on your own or someone else's website. Your home computer email doesn't count. ;) Then you provide the URL link to the video in your post.

"mpeg" is not an acceptable attachment (here's the list: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip)
