Silver MM spotted on TV ad

I've been hearing rumors about the MM being available in Silver, but wrote them all off as a failed promo on the part of Mercury.

Here lately in the STL-MO area, there's been an ad appearing for L-M Corp. advertising great deals for the GM. The ad has a wide shot of a showroom floor, and for those with a fast eye and faster VCR, there's a silver MM prominently displayed right in the middle! :D It's next to a Villager, I think. I'm seeing less of the ad now, but it's there. Wonder if L-M put one out just for the ad?
If so, someone should investigate...I would myself, but RL concerns are keeping me too busy to do the job right.:uzi: :bigcry:

That ad has been showing here for 2 or 3 weeks.

It's not a rumor. I'm scheduled to take delivery of my silver MM the week of April 14. I ordered it February 10.

It's been playing on any and/or all of the local channels here in Saint Louis. Don't know any specific times...I think the special deal on the GM that it was touting has since expired, so it may not be playing anymore.

Saw a black MM parked in front of the South County Costco (just off South Lindbergh Dr.) today. It was from the Dave Sinclair Mercury dealer down this way. :cool4:
