The instructions that come with the sway bar don't specify what direction you put the bushings. Since they are shaped differently than the OEM ones I didn't know if the narrow ends need to face the inside of where they mount or the outer end where the nut bolts it in.

I've never seen an Addco set up, but the standard set up would be with the isolators skinny ends together. I'm certain someone else with experience will chime in shortly. Hope that helps.

Yeah. I think your right, esp with the shape of the new bar at the holes. I have all the parts out and about to install. :) I figured I'd throw this out there but I'm getting impatient. Here we go!

Thanks guys. My impatience paid off because I went with skinny sides faced in. I did the PHP control arms yesterday evening too. I can't tell much right now when I take the cloverleafs on the highway but I guess it's one of those things that makes handling so much easier that you don't even notice it. It was fun to do and money well spent.:coolman:

Oh yeah, about those nuts on the top. I took another poster's recommendation and took the grinder too them. Everything else went in smoothly. I also did threads on the top as opposed to above pics where they're facing down.

I haven't seen those red ctrl arms. New to me. They look nice

I would imagine after a few thousand miles the rock hard plastic bushings softened, do they need to be retorqed?

Yep Yep. Got them from DR last week. They're a little cheaper than the Metco's and look like dis:

That or put more marine grease on and retorque. I've read some guys going on 10000 miles on theirs w/ no problems so far.

After having to grind off the originals I will be hard pressed to retighten the new ones.

But, I'm more excited to see the Watts Link in the upper center of the pic. Notice what it's made of, how it's constructed, and how it mounts to the frame. We have another thread going here about Watts links, and I hope this pic helps some problem solving.

Yeah... I started that one as a random question. It's taken on it's own form now. I think I'm going to take some more pics tonight and post.
