If you wanted a truck with a Corvette engine you should have gotten one of these:

Here is another truck with the Corvette based engine....
The new Chevy Trailblazer SS, I looked at it today at the Chevy Dealership, it is a seriously bad assed SUV, Chevy is slowy coming around on performance. Comes with 20 in Chrome rims too. The interior is smoking too.

The Trailblazer SS has the Vette's LS2 6.0 Liter V8 with Cold Air Induction Package!
TrailBlazer SS redefines the sport in Sport Utility Vehicle with a Corvette–based 6.0 Liter LS2 V8. It generates 395 horsepower and 400 lb.–ft. of torque, getting you from zero to 60 in under six seconds.

You might ask....why in the world would Dave be at a Chevy Dealership??? ZZZZ

I think Slim is going MOPAR on us. But before you do remember what MOPAR stands for "Move over people are racing"

Isn't that just a Durango with Jeep nose and name?

420 hp is just what you need for a 4x4 off road vehicle :shake:

I think I saw that most of these will be just 4x2 s though

I knew Chrysler would screw up Jeep.

That's pretty cool, but if I were gonna buy one used, I'd go for this:

You are so wrong. It has all-wheel-drive and actually has a better 60 ft time than the Viper due to better traction. BTW, tell Porsche that.

I think Marty should trade in his Durango for this!

Are they all 'all wheel drive' or just the one you pictured? The jeep ad I just watched specifically indicated 4x2 at the price they had in the ad.

It is my understanding that all are AWD.

Electronic on-demand 4 wheel drive, from what I've read.

Donny Carlson
01-18-2006, 10:45 PM
"The full-time four-wheel-drive system has been specially tuned to deal with the increase in power as has the five-speed automatic transmission."

"All that power is sent through a five-speed automatic to an electronic all-wheel-drive system, which normally runs at a 95-percent rear/5-percent front torque split, but has the ability to ship all the torque to the front or rear wheels as conditions dictate."

But he's right, it's not a Ford.
