What the heck is that? At first glance I thought they were arrows, but at a closer look they seem to be woodem dowels. How in the world did all of those end up like that? Anyone know?

They use the wooden dowels to trace the path of the indivdual bullets...

Hope that the LEO was 'OK'...

I saw the entire video. The officer was in pusuit of a truck on a freeway. The truck slows down and the passenger justs blasts away at him with an assualt rifle. I believe the officer died in this one, but cannot recall 100%. Good training video.

There's a video of this incident ( I'll have to find it). Apparently this trooper was trying to pull over a Suburban or pick up with a topper, in any case they slowed and as he got in behind them they opened fire. From the video sounded like maybe an AK. A round actually went through the horn section of the steering wheel and hit him in the chest luckily he had a vest on.

I'll look for it and post the link.

I used to work in a salvage yard. The fatal accidents had less blood in them. People don't bleed much when their hearts stop. They tend to leak.

Yeah, there are way too many dowels in the driver's side headrest. That sucks. I hate seeing that.

I am grateful for the work you LEO's do and frightened for each and everyone of you every day. I'm glad that my son is at a desk where the most dangerous thing is the hot piece receptionist. Dennis

If I remember correctly this happend several months ago in the Selma/Schertz area just north of San Antonio...The officer was pulling over a speeding p/u and as the officer is getting out of his vehicle he see's the suspect get out of his vehicle with possibey an AK-47 and start to open fire...the officer managed to return fire and hit the suspect twice... the officer was also hit and survived...amazingly there were no other vehicles or innocent bystanders hit as this took place on the shoulder of I-35...the suspect also survived....there were over 150 shell casings found at the scene....the suspect is due to come to court soon..

Hopefully they will 'APPLY' 4400 volts to the SOB! Texas is good at zapping losers instead of feeding and clothing them for the rest of their miserable lives.
