wiper and window problem.

I started my car up yesterday and hit the wipers to clear some water off. They made one normal sweep and froze at the top! I had a friend lift one up and they slowly returned themselves to normal. what gives?

Also , my driver side window is stuck. I thought it wsa cuz it was dirty but i washed it and its still stuck. its done this before and water was the solution previously. ideas? Thank you.

Windows and wipers have been written about here on several occasions. Search on either word for background.

Windows sticking on front driver and passenger side happened not long after I got the car. Seems to be a problem with all panthers. Problem is the window guide alignment. Dealer will want to try lube -- that'll work for about day or two. Solution is to have the window guides aligned properly. Under warranty.

Wipers -- my wipers would go on spontaneously and pump all the washer fluid out of the reservoir. Then they would stop - start - stop - start erratically. Solution was to replace the wiper motor. Under warranty.
