Michelle and I decided to take the auto train. Never been, so we want the experience. 729.00 round trip seems fairly reasonable too.

CheeseheadBob just did it, when he got the MM down and back from Carfixer/Tallboy's for the trilogy install.

Been there done that, and doing it again!

We will be on the auto train on 4/16 down and 4/24th back.

I would rather drive, but the miles are racking up quick on the MM and the rest of the family does not share my driving desire.

Cool, only an hour away from Sebring. Make sure you check out Cypress Gardens and Bok tower on the way down.

Get ready for 16.5 hours of travel. I wound up spending a "little" bit more for a "luxurious" 42 sq. ft. bedroom. Make sure you bring the 2 "B's" BOOZE AND BOOKS. You will need both to survive the trip. This is my experience. If you do not mind close quarters, you will be fine. I came back on a Sunday morning, so the roads back north out of Virginia were not too crowded. It gave me plenty of opportunity to stretch the MM's legs with her new equipment so overall it was a favorable and memorable trip. Good luck and have fun!

Dude, the in laws live like 1/2 a mile from Bok towers.....

We leave on the 18th go back on the 27th. I'm still thinking of heading north and meeting Mac and Zack on the 20th/21st... we will see.
