The picnic to Markham Park is approaching. The date is 2/19/06 from 11:00AM to 3:00PM
It takes about an hour and 40 minutes to get there from exit 123 on I75.
Here's the plan for anyone that wants to cross Alligator Alley together:
We meet at the Hess gas station just west of I75 at exit 123 at 8:45AM.
We depart the Hess station at 9:00.
That leaves us 15 minutes for a pit stop at the Indian Reservation.
Arrive Markham Park at 11:00
Who's in??

Man, I'm still running on Mapquest. Bastages got me lost 2 times the past week so I will need an early start but I will find you ding-a-lings by 8:59. Make a hole for another red one. Dennis:beer:

I'll be there. My GPS will be fired up as well. We shouldn't get lost, but you never know with this group. Might be too close to the Everglades triangle.:D

The heck with the GPS, who has the Phazer II radar scrambler and radar detector?

The scariest thing down here is the Highway Patrol fits right in with a Marauder caravan. They have MMDS', Reinhart tuning and no speed limiters either. How lucky do you feel today, huh? ;)

I was originally going to Fort Myers Saturday night and join carfixer and crew caravan but now my plans have changed. I will be leaving Sunday morning about 7am out of Orlando. Anyone want to join me?

I really don't need GPS to go in a straight line. However, I will be there with the wife and one kid. This is my first Marauder picnic so I am bringing a lot of unnecessary goods. Can't wait to see and meet you all there!
