The car thief was transitioning from GA400S to 285W in North Atlanta. Most of the persons who squished the (bleep) did not stop. He saved the taxpayers a lot of money by exiting the vehicle. My office was directly across 285 from this. Made a mess though for the poor firemen to scrape up.
