I need to get a flex plate ordered to prepare for my engine transplant next weekend. I found this link: http://www.sdpc2000.com/catalog/1837/products/46451/46L-54L-DOHC-Flexplate-8-Bolt-Crank.htm and need to know if this is the correct one to mate my 4R70W and PI Stallion to the 8-bolt crank.
If not, what are my options?
Should I get SFI approved parts? (flex and damper)
Thanks!
john
John, buy the cobra crank right over the counter at ford.

It should be, it matches the number in my Ford Racing catalog
I meant the flywheel, sorry. Ford Racing offers a billet version for $250

Thanks Zack. I don't think I need to go billet for a daily driver / weekend warrior.
I went ahead and ordered the M-6375-H46 from Summit Racing for $60 and added the Hurst Roll Control kit as both were in stock.
Now I need that custom harmonic damper and I'll be all set.
Cheers!

Call the place that I recommended and they will make up what you need. They gave Todd great service when he had mine made up.
