What do you think? I posted this in the Impala forum too. I think it looks funny for some reason. The full-sized, RWD setup is nice, but that's about all. The biggest problem I have is it's a CHRYSLER. :puke:
I can hear it now from the MOPAR guy's. "This thangs got a HEMI in it!! YYYEEE HHHHHHAAAAWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!"

Hold on a minute!!!
If I learned one thing during my month stint in Dallas, it's
"That thang got hemi......sweeeeet"
My boss has a 2000 300M loaded with all the goodies, it does look nice. NOT in my garage though!

It's attractive alright, quite appealing. Once again, a major auto manfactured pays homage to an honored name. 300 letter cars were always a cut about other lines from Chrysler, let's see how much of their "concept car" promise roll out to the dealerships.
"Yeah, they're pretty, but can they fight?"
PS. added after post;
I see that the 300 got it's time honored fender badge, maybe somone has been reading our mail?

I think that they both look hot!
I think this looks a LOT better than the CTS...although...the interior looks like an Altima (no offense saxguy) or a Maxima...

Gonzo took the words right outta my mouth. I saw that and said, "Bently?!?!" Sigh... oh well. Hey, I thought the next letter was to be "N"?

Take a look at the new Ford Futura, same style, supposed to take over from the Taurus.

Ford 500 not Futura, Has the same suspension as the 2nd gen Mondeo of the UK pretty sweet car with a 3.0 L Duratec V6 with I think right around 300 HP nasty if its true.

What we get for taking art classes out of the public schools?? (just my guess) If this is what designers are envisioning, they must need a mediction change.
Sorry, but too ugly to spend money on, Chrysler. Disappointed. :(

It's not my type of car, but I think the new Ford 500 is pretty nice looking. Ford badly needs to pump something new into its lineup. Taurus has run out of legs.
Now if they'd just build that 427...

Well, It looks Chrysler to me.
I have to give them credit for the return to RWD. I hope it's successful, and prompts Ford to do more RWD V8 passenger cars.
The upcoming "500" and Mercury variant are more FWD V6 stuff.
