Track day for Emerald City Boys!

Sorry for the late notice guys, but today (02-12) is opening day at Pacific Raceways. $35.00 to race or $10.00 to spectate. I'm going down to lay some baseline numbers. I will be pitted with a friend piloting a blown purple 65 Nova so I shouldnt be hard to find! Hope to see you there, if not I'll post my lame stock E.T.'s when I return.

Well I only got a couple of hits due to the copious amount of ricer turds clogging the toilet. At any rate, the first hit was 14.71 @96.5mph, second run 14.70 @95.8mph. Spun on both passes. Car would likely run 14.5 if I had traction. I sure wish I hadn't of sold those 4.10's!!

On a side note, I saw a N/A 05 stang run a 14.00 @ 97mph and a mildly nitroused version clocked a 13.53. Hemi powered Magnum station wagon ran a 14.13, unkown mph. Hope to have a bunch of us make a track day in the future. Announcer kept calling my car a Grand Marque.
