If anyone can remember the first time they got pulled over and was listening to music at the same time, say what song it was. I was listening to a live version of Surfin' Bird by The Ramones. I was also road racing a Lightening and won...... but paid for it in the end. :D That was the first time I got pulled over in the Marauder. The absolute first time I had the radio off and was driving my truck. Ok if you can remember you first time post it, if not then just a song you got pulled over to.

The Eagles - "Get Over It"

That was the day I got pulled over coming into town in a 65 MPH zone doing 71. I stopped right next to the "Speed Limit 55" sign. I got home and realized he had written the ticket for 71 in a 55.

That afternoon I bought my first radar detector. If they are going to make this a racket, then I'll have to make sure they get others and not me. No speeding tickets since then.

Believe it or not, it was "I Shot the Sheriff". I was late for work and got busted doing 71kph in a 50 zone. That was the first time I got stopped for anything. Man, that was over 10 years ago...

I had a clean record, told the officer what happened(song, not paying attn....blah blah) he gave me a warning and told me to slow down.

"Can You Hear Me Knockin'" by the Rolling Stones. 65 Falcon, 289. Telegraph Road, about 3 miles north of Korvettes. Detroiters will know where. I think it was called, "Display of Speed", or somethng like that. I did a burn out.

Summer of 1971. Car was a '70 Chevelle. Route 40 east of Baltimore near the drive-in theater. Song -- "Born to be Wild" -- Steppenwolf on an 8-Track. Just a warning for 68 in a 45 zone. :D

Get your motor runnin'
Head out on the highway
Lookin' for adventure
And whatever comes our way

Disturbed "down with the sickness" I remember well cause my wife kept turing the down radio down.

The worst is Prodigy. I think I've been pulled over 3-4 times listening to it in the mustang. It makes me drive way to crazy. Now I listen to it on the auto-x course. LOL
