Before you let the hair on the back of your neck stand up, let me just say; "We are a bunch of spoiled b1+ch3s!"

Yesterday, i called Mr. Reinhart. I called some of the other well beloved vendors on this site and some not-so-beloved vendors as well. Yesterday, Mr. Reinhart answered his phone. He sounded busy and out-of-breath. He told me he had a car on the dyno and was very busy. I could hear goings on in the background. Yesterday, Mr. Reinhart took the time to listen to who I was, who I was affiliated with and what I'd like out of my car. Meanwhile, I continued to hear goings on in the background. Yesterday, Mr. Reinhart took my order. Yesterday, I had to call him back to let him know money was available on my charge card. Yesterday, he answered his phone again. I explained I would have liked to have had the parts so I could put them on in time for the picnic. I could again tell he was out-of-breath and busy. Yesterday, all this started at 2:30. UPS picks up around 3:30.....

Today, a Pro-Guard, a PHP spacer and a SCT XCal2 were waiting for me on my doorstep. Today, I thought about all the grins my MM has given me. Today, I had one of the biggest grins yet.

Tomorrow, I have work to do. Sunday, I get to show off.

Yesterday, he was Dennis.
Today, he is Mr. Reinhart.

Yesterday, he answered his phone.
Today, he has a new loyal customer.

So far, I can't complain about any vendor associated with this site. All have had prompt service, good advice and good follow-up. This went above and beyond.

Yep, we are abunch of spoiled b1+ch3s. I never got treated so well in the ricer 'community' if you could even call it that.

Dennis, ahem... Mr. Reinhart, you sir, are the man.

Thanx
Rich W.

My first dealings with Mr. Reinhart date back to October of 2002.

New owner of a fresh Marauder with 3000 miles on the clock, and a new member posting here. In fact, new to posting anywhere, this board was my first interactive internet experience.

Mr. Reinhart was beginning to brainstorm with us about possibilities, possibilities in custom chips, gear upgrades, colder stats and Denso plugs, underdrive pulleys, drive shafts, torque converters and so on.

I took him on. I bought what he recommended, and I conducted my own field testing, including countless dynos. I may have been new to internet stuff, but I wasn't new to automobiles, or, salesmen.

I told him frankly, and from the first phone call. "If you are lying to us about these mods, I will tell everyone the truth".

24 hours later, I had 4:10s at my door, and ever since then, when I call, I get Dennis.

I haven't had to look back. Today, the man is a dear and deeply trusted friend. If I showed up on his doorstep, I would have a roof over me for as long as I needed it.

Any of us would.

It is nice to see a post praising people. Rather than degading them. Dennis Reinhart helped me with info to get my blue smoke issue reolved.

I bought my Marauder after a test drive in 2003. It was fast for me at the time. Really fast. 135 MPH fast. I saw Dennis at Fast Ford in Atlanta with his "Cobra" motor and decided at that piint I would be Superharged. I went to MVII an really liked the way the Trilogy looked, stock and all. I came 99%close to purchasing that unit but eventially decided on the Vortech unit and had the intallation done by Dennis. I know Trilogy does a great job and looks very good but this was a personal choice. Both Trilogy and Dennis have an
0utstanding reputation. I am very happy with the Reinhart installation and am continuing to build confidence in driving it. Both Trillogy and Dennis make premium systems as evidenced in the time slips. I am very happy with my decision, and "]I will be in the "11 second" club this year.[/B] THANKS DENNIS!!!!

I thought the same thing, Jourdan. Rich, may I change the title of the thread for you??

I think it's an attention grabber, an intentional one. Will attract many more people to read "dirt" rather than a compliment. Ya know?

Don't want to sound nit picky, but I'm sure when it comes to a vendor...an opposite definition of what's intended is probably not a good thing. :D

I also only have good things to say about Dennis.

Now if I can just get the shop to put on the items I got in September I would be happy.

It is just that.

In general, I b1+ch a lot. Just ask my wife.

The title is not only to grab attention, but an expression of my individuality and this community's acceptance of it.

It does say 'rant' on purpose, while I address him as 'Mr.' and will do so from now on. He seems to deserve that respect.

Well, i guess my turn to throw in some positive feed back for Dennis as well!

Last year i bought the stage 2 tranny,3000 stall PI TC, deep dish pan, mmx drive shaft and the cooling mod from Dennis, i had to arrange everything ahead of time since i live in CT. When i arrived there, Dennis greeted me and gave me a tour of his shop! He was extremely friendly and very easy going. He ended up doing a great job on the install and the performance upgrade was unbelievable!!!
Well, after saving up a bit, im making another trek down to see Dennis for teh cobra exhaust kit. Hes got great service, he knows what he's talking about, and he works with you to the fullest extent he can!!!
Cant wait till march when i get the exhaust, and maybe the next year i'll be coming back for the SC, who knows!!!( It all depends on the finances really, lol)

That implies bad music and "X-ers" eating Ecstacy.

Good to hear you had a great experience with DR. We had a chance to meet with DR here in CFL last May 05 with his family and friends. He was nice enough and donated 2 Xcal2 for our raffle. Hope we get to see him, family and friends again soon.

Mr. Reinhart is tops in my book (Deb too)...and all I did was order the Pro-Gard from him....caught him after 5 PM (seemingly out of breath and after MANY rings) and had the courtesy to simply confirm he had some in stock and to call Deb in the morning....

Thanks! Love the posts in the Reinhart forum and look forward to future purchases...

He's tops in my book. Seems to always make time for us Marauder folk. I wonder how he manages to get anything done.

Mr. Reinhart is the cat's pajamas in my book. I look forward to spending more money with him when the checkbook and credit card permit.
