OK so it took me longer than most to reach this goal............ :rolleyes:

It's been one heckuva ride though............. :2thumbs:

I've met a Chicago Cop, a girl from Jersey, a 'Poke that's slow, a Bunny Lady from Cape Cod, the almighty Zack(before he was almighty), a Navy Chaplain and a cameraman from NBC

I've had conversations with a New York lawyer, an Atlanta Muffler Man, a Scotsman from Oregon and a Fondue Server from Florida...........

I've made the "Chicken Run" to Del Rhea's(best damn chicken in the state)

I've seen Marauders in San Diego, L.A., Las Vegas, Tucson, Chicago, Memphis, Nashville and all points in between and wondered is it anyone I know

I've gotten married and started a family

I hope to someday meet same lawyer, same muffler man, a Chevy drivin knucklehead from Atlanta, a Cruiser from Ohio(maybe he can show me a real buckeye), a BigDog from Pennsylvania, an Overlord from Cape Cod, a Trans Am fanatic from Canada and a computer God from Texas

I'll bet even he never thought it would be like this

so many different people from all reaches of the continent who for the most part get along really well

A very appropriate post for #1,000, Jeff. Spending time with you and Liz in the Windy City was a treat - Jilly's, Malnati's, Billygoat Tavern, Sears Tower, CPD FOP, Art Institute, MSO, the Loop....much more fun to explore with friends. Then my visit to SD and Mexican food in Old Town. All such wonderful memories to keep!
