Does the X-pipe have cats?Yes. Dennis's kit consists of ceramic-coated port-matched Cobra manifolds and matching X-pipe with 2 high-flow cats (Bassani, IIRC) and all the O2 bungs already welded in, and a little kit for modifying the EGR pipe. The techs who did my install commented on what a well thought out kit it was and how nicely it went in.

Does the kit have the 4" or so extensions already welded in to fit on the MM?
Is it bolt on ready for an semi-ametuer wrench, without welding?

I had mine replaced with Flowmasters so some welding was required.
Be advised that the EGR pipe can be a pain to deal with if you don't have a lift, but I've been told it can be done.

The kit is bolt in... but if you retain stock "cat back" you will have to cut the pipes between the mufflers and the DR X-Pipe. The kit comes with muffler clamps and flanges that you attach to the modified cat back after you adjust it for length.
The Passenger Side manifold removal and installation is a cast iron B*TCH. Simply because it is TOUGH to get in there to remove the nuts on the studs. Do yourself a favor and loosten the bolts that hold the power steering pump on and lower it as far as you can (do not remove the bolts tho.. just as far out as they go without taking them off).
The Driver's Side manifold is easier to access the studs BUT in my case there was no way.. (ZERO) that I could get the DR manifold back in. I loostened my motor mounts and jacked the driver's side of the engine up to get the manifold in.
The EGR fitting is a PITA. Funny, I had no problem with it when I installed the Trilogy and about one month later... I had ALL TYPES of trouble getting it undone.
I did my install on jack stands in my garage. Swivel sockets and the new box wrenches that have the swivel end are VERY helpful.

Jeez, sorry to hear this.
The exhaust is a 2-3 hour job on the floor in my garage.

Fellow MA. owner here, I'm sorry to hear of your loss. If I had
not picked up the Kooks already you would have had a customer. Again
sorry of loss, and good luck with the sale. :)
Best,
Mike

It's been a couple of days but if you are still interested in parting with the parts , I'm interested in picking them up from you. For shipping calculation, how many boxes does the kit consist of?
Shoot me a PM
